Position Description :

We are seeking to hire a part-time PA-C/NP for our orthopedic, urgent care office located in Pukalani, HI. The candidate must display an exceptional attitude and work ethic as well as compassion for our patients and the Maui community.

Position Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic-related injuries.

Perform orthopedic-related procedures, including splinting, casting, DME applications, soft tissue and joint ultrasounds, suture removals, fracture and joint reductions, and simple laceration repairs.

Prescribe medication, physical therapy, and further imaging when indicated.

Interpret radiologic imaging, including x-rays, MRIs, and CT scans.

Coordinate patients with orthopedic surgeon for surgical treatment when indicated.

There is no call or hospital work involved with this position.

Qualifications: Valid Hawaii PA-C license or eligible to obtain. Previous experience in orthopedics is preferred but not required.
